CONGRATULATIONS TO GRADUATES

The Clontarf Foundation’s focus is to improve the discipline, life skills, selfesteem, and employment prospects of young Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander men.

The Narrandera branch recently hosted its 3rd annual Clontarf Awards Night to recognise and celebrate the achievements of members.

With some sessions needing members to be up as early as five in the morning, the Awards Night acknowledged members’ endeavours and ability to meet such challenges.

The Academy also thanked parents and carers for their efforts to have these young men ready for early morning training each week ahead of their school day.

There are currently 41 members in the Clontarf Academy program and the group was an impressive sight as members came together on the stage at CRC Plaza Theatre.

Clontarf aims to prepare members to begin their working lives but, most importantly, they are also committed to working with them throughout the rest of their lives.
