Land owners throughout Narrandera Shire will have received a ‘Notice of Valuation’ in the mail from the Valuer General NSW.

These notices are to inform the property owner of the newly calculated land value as at Thursday 1 July 2019. This value will be use by Council to calculate the land rates for the 2020-21 financial year in July 2020.

Land owners currently have an opportunity to object to the new land valuation. Objections are to be lodged with the Valuer General by early April, but please check your specific notice for closing dates and the objection process.
