Following further advice from the Federal Government we have closed the following public sites:
- Playgrounds
- Skate parks
- Public gym equipment
- Free camping sites
These closures are across Narrandera Shire including Barellan, Binya and Grong Grong villages.

The Visitor Information Centre is now closed, but you can still contact our tourism team by calling 02 6959 5545, emailing tourist.centre@narrandera.nsw.gov.au, visiting www.narrandera.com.au or heading to the Tourism Facebook page https://www.facebook.com/Narrandera.Tourism/.
There are also services we have introduced to help people stay connected. Narrandera Shire Library offers a free Home Library Service for local residents who are housebound, carers, suffering from a chronic illness and frail aged.
In addition, during the current health crisis we are extending this service to all residents who are over the age of 70 and are self-Isolating.
