The next Public Forum and Extraordinary Council meeting will be held on Tuesday 28 April 2020 for the purpose of endorsing the 2020-20212 Draft Budget for Public Exhibition. 

Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, the Public Forum will be held via Zoom Meeting and there can be no physical attendance by community members in the Chambers. 

Community members wishing to speak at the 9.30am Public Forum on Items listed on the days Agenda only, will need to lodge an Application to Council by COB Monday prior to the meeting and receive a Zoom invitation to present. 

They also need to have their own access to Zoom Technology. Residents who are unable to do that are still able to write to the Council and have their matter considered and dealt with.  

At the time of printing, there were No Confirmed Listings or Applications received for the Public Forum.
