The much anticipated Reverse Vending Machine project located at Council’s Waste Depot on Red Hill Road is proceeding well.

Despite some delays, the electrical infrastructure is now in place with the final connection to the grid due 20 January 2020. The foundation slab is complete and earthworks have been finalised,
with sealing of the carpark expected to take place in early February.

The delivery of the Reverse Vending Machine unit is set for delivery 6 February 2020 and it is expected that the unit will be fully operational towards the end of February.
